We live in a farming community outside of Heidelberg, Gauteng were the cellphone and 3G reception used to be fine. Over the past few months the reception changed to poor and sometimes no reception for days. All farmers complain since they cannot run their businesses. Phoning the Vodacom Customer Care line brought no joy, as it seems they are unable to understand the predicament despite all efforts to explain.
