I was at the Krugersdorp branch on Sunday the 8/12/2013, I wanted a size 5 shoe but they didn't have the size, so I asked the lady to please check for me at which store she can find the size for me, of which she didn't look very happy to do at the time, but refuse to entertain that, she found the shoe for me at the Vosloorus branch, I ask her if she could order it for me and send it to the Heidelberg branch where I stay, so she told me that she can't do it from her side Heidelberg has to do it from their side, so she phone Iris at the Heidelberg branch and she said no I should come in to pay the R30, so I went in on the Monday, when she called them they advised her that the guy who works with the shoes wasn't in that day and they will give him the message when he comes in, I went again on Wednesday to find out how far my shoes is, just to be told that he's still not at work and they don't know where he has put it, still no response from her the entire week, went in today (14/12/2013) again, still nothing, so I said to her she must give me my R30 back and I I'll go and fetch it myself since I see that your R30 system doesn't work at all.
