Hi,

I am experiencing issues with data connectivity in the Heidelberg, Gauteng area.

I have logged several calls with MTN, my first call has been logged on the 17 September 2012! - Reference 1157976.

I have had no feed back nor have I had any solution to my problem.

I have again spoken to one of your incompetent staff members Mr Mthokozisi Mtungwa at, Time 13:19 on 03-05-2013.

He has asked me to use this as my reference number as he refused to log a call and insisted it is not an coverage issue. Please refer to call recording.

I am utterly disgusted with the service I am currently receiving from MTN,

Please provide me with a letter stating that the MTN network in the Heidelberg, Gauteng area is under sever congestion and unable to handle the data coverage to their customers, and is busy

being looked at and by when it will be resolved, else please resolve your your data handling capabilities in this area so I may receive the service I am paying for.
