UTTER DISGUST

I am UTTERLY DISGUSTED abt ur SERVICE, Sat 23 Feb, I wnt to Northgate MTN, after buying Nokia 700 via Direct & I struggled to set it up. I wnt to have it reca'd & connected. I met Cassias Jeffrey Matlala. He took phone, opened it; gave him my ID & proof of res. He finished, left my phone & me there, walked away, another Consultant came & asked why he left, said I don't know, he came back & start shouting me, saying what more did I want, he did what I asked, I said, am not sure of next steps, & why did he leave w/out checking, if phone works. He was rude, irate (ironically caused a scene, HUMILIATED, INSULTED & EMBARRASSED me... his coworkers tried to hlp, calm'd me down & explained, he carried on to insult me. WHAT a SERVICE from MTN! I jst needed help & not for him to say words like "what the do you expect me to do, you didn't buy your phone from me, so what help do you need from me" his manager didn't even try to help or reprimand him; No apology; nothing, he jst watched, & continued working, I asked 4 store manager, he wasn't bothered until later, this Cassias even said "THERE IS MY MANAGER, YOU CAN SPEAK TO HIM, I DON'T CARE; please DEAL WITH THIS guy, Ndaba 0739752343
