I walked into the Store and there was a lady at the door whom I didn't even recognise that she worked @ the shop. After I gathered that she infact works there I asked for her help and she did not show any interest in assisting me. I had to ask her to call someone else to help me due to her cold demeanour. She yelled to a gentleman who came out from the back who seemed more willing to help. I talked with the guy and asked for a trousers in my size, he helped me and I asked for a discount as I always do. He then explained to me how the system works with the points card. I then said to him I don't see the value in the points card and said its fine I will come back, I would like to shop around some more. When I returned to buy the item, I was confronted by the Lady who firstly didn't look to me as someone worthy of the store manager title. she didn't look neat or representable enough to me. She told me not to speak to her staff again and continued to attack me as if we were friends in a shebeen arguing over beers. I have never been treated with such disrespect and I am disgusted. She never showed any care that I was going to report her and even circled her name and number on the slip.
