My sister and I went to lunch at Panarottis and we had the worst service ever imagined. first this lady serving us sat us down on a dirty table. she didn't have the decency to clean it up until I asked her to wipe it. she took 30min to take our orders, then told us we cant take our left overs home. I asked to speak to the manager - Lucky, who agreed I can take my left overs home as I ordered the Tuesday special, buy one get one free. she brought our pizzas with no side plate and left. she didn't even say anything else or enjoy your meal. she came brought our take aways and to our surprise she put them in a torn up paper bag. we asked for another paper one and she gave us the biggest attitude and said the paper bags are finished. I walked to the manager and she started shouting at my sister in front of every one. the manager just said sorry after seeing her drama and that he would take care of her. how does he say that with out disciplining her? I will never set my foot in that place ever again
