I have had an ongoing battle with MTN regarding changing a contract after it expired, despite numerous phone calls - emails and visits to the Pavillion MTN shop. Eventually a lady from Corporate Business Operations by the name of Alicia Hermanus took responcibility for the problem and sorted it out. She advised me on what I ideally should do and when things still didn"t go quite as I intended, she again took responcibilty to fix the problem. MTN need more people like this amazingly efficient lady. I would be very proud to have her working in my company.
