I have a contract with Vodacom and went to centurion Vodacom a month ago and Vodacom told metro go back home and back up my phone before sending it in. They didn't even check my phone. Even though explained my problem..
I went today again because i finally backed up and they said my battery was swollen and my guarantee is 1 week over. The lady was rude and abrupt and even though I explained that I was there before. I asked to speak to the manager but I don't know how the manager could manage her customersvfrom Furstenberg as she was not available.
She said then that there was only a supervisor who I asked to speak to and when she went to him he walked pass me and told her he was busy.

Also note only got my phone mid Feb 2012 so effectively my guarantee can't be over.
