We have an ongoing issue with Neotel service, today I called them to log a complaint and was told that they do not take verbal complaints (ironic since they are a telco provider?). I try to escalate to a manager and was told there was nobody available and I should e-mail [Email Removed] (more irony since the one thing you you can't do it Talk to Neotel).
Surely we have not given up our rights as consumers to have a conversation with vendors over their product???
