I Phone 5 Deal gone bad!!!

In december 2012 i decided to apply for the iphone 5 on my contract line with vodacom, i called direct sales and was promised that 5 days later i would get my phone, the guy was even offering insurance which i gladly accepted on the spot, sadly Sabelo that i spoke to initially did not complete my contract as requested, i.e (no insurance added on my fone only got my phone in January, one full month later, not on the SLA of 5 dayz, now that i got my iphone i carried on to use the handset until an untimely incident on the 21st of Feb, where the screen got damaged, knowing that i had requested insurance on the fone i then went to Vodacom Repairs in Sandton where i was told that the claim will be sent through and Abednigo did that (fgirst guy @ vodacom to do what he promised), but to my surprise, i get a call from him to advise me that i dont have insurance on this number. so now im stuck with a phone i cant use. before all of this, vodacom further up my f*#@ing life by placing a debit order early in feb before the agreed d/o date and placed a return d/o status on my account. in a nutshell vodacom has thee most putrid service and most disgusting netwrok in the whole of SA!
