I receive airtime monthly from this company of which i can't remember when did i sign for it but that's not a problem, the problem is the sim card that they load airtime was together with the phone that i bought at vodashopso now i want to block the phone together with the sim so vodashop has referred me to this company as i have to get a reference number so that i can claim from the insurance.now on thirsday i called the call center and got a guy by the name of Thabiso, i gave him every information he promised me that i'll get a response within 48hrs of which it didnt happen, this morning i called again only to find that i have to go through the same process i went to last week with the guy by the name of Tebogo.this is so unproffesional why promise to deliver if you can't?
