Some company my airtime

Hi my name is amos hoza, i am a 68 year old man im on mtn prepaid every time i load airtime R3 is taken by some company i called mtn and asked them who is taking may airtime, its a company called intergrats. my problem is how could mtn allow this to happen and why are they not stopping it when i complain.
