8ta sim cards not workin, dont buy!!!

Bought a 8ta sim card on Tuesday, PEP HIBBERDENE, and just for ALL OTHER PROSPECTIVE BUYERS, BE AWARE, YOU ARE FORCED TO BUY A R5.00 AIRTIME VOUCHER WITH THE SIM!!! IRRESPECTIVE OF ANY OTHER AIRTIME VALUE YOU BUY!!Have been on the phone for hours with 8ta to get the sim to receive mms's. I can send, but not receive, nor can I connect to internet via the phone, done ALL the settings with them. I was then told on Wednesday that the sim is FAULTY, I have to buy a new one. LOSING THE AIRTIME AND FREE MIN ON IT!! Bought a NEW sim at same store on Thursday (Today), and SAME PROBLEM AGAIN!! When I called the call center again on Thursday eve, after being told in the morning when I called them with the same problem on the second sim, by "Paul" that there is nothing he can do, nor is there anybody else there who can solve the TWO sim problems!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!! AND A RIP-OFF, SELLING SIM CARDS THAT DON'T WORK, NOT BEING ABLE TO HAVE COMPETENT PERSONNEL TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, AND POCKETING THE AIRTIME LOADED! THE AIRTIME YOU ARE FORCED TO BUY AND THE ADDITIONAL YOU LOAD! Setting on phone IS correct, when loading an other 8ta sim in the phone, it works fine! EITA, WHAT A RIPOFF. Ref:5988615 (8ta)
