I recently acquired the 8TA 10Gb per month data contract.
for the first few months everything was fine. Suddenly last week my service was cut off saying data bundle depleted. i went into the Silverton branch where i was told that i still have 8Gb of data left. I then contacted the 8TA helpline 4 times where it was confirmed that my service wast cut of but that i will have to lock a call to the service department. no 4 days later my service is still off.
please help!!!
