Payments repeatedly allocated to the incorrect acc

I have a ongoing problem with my paid funds being allocated to the incorrect account, in the mean time im fitting the bill of interest being charged. This is for the past year now, funds then after complaining gets paid to the account but the interest ramains and therefore the account just increases. Im under debt review and shouldnt even be charged interest, but my debt review people and edgars is of no help. I have all correspondence ad would just like to become debt free, I truly believe this account shouldve been paid up already. I started in march 2011 with a amount of R5500 and today owe them R8000. what is happening to the money I'm paying. I will write this report to the debt review company too, but just give me answers from Edgars. I need all this interest removed then calculate the payments then tell me how much you come up with.
