This is now the 5th email, after 10 calls and cell c is still as pathetic as ever.
I have emialed, complained and even spoke to the manager and still at such a high level, your services!!!
I took out a contract over a month ago, the phone was dead and i returned teh phone the next day.
i was told that ic an cancell my contract and the R114 initiation fee that was charged to me would be refunded (this was as per the telephonic conversation i had with a branch manager, who called me after i complained on this site0.
Its now been 3 weeks since and i hav not yet received my money!!!
is this how you treat you customers? first issue them with a broker phone, then fight with them to not cancel the contract amd also ilegaly take money from my account!!!
Please respond asap, as this cannot go on a day longer, should i not receive any feedback, i will issue my compalint to the CPA -i am sure they dis aprove of a supplier not refunding cash on a cancelled contract!!!
