No Signal. No Visible Effort to Correct

This is the second post on hellopeter I am writing. Since logging a message about no network coverage on the 18th February 2013, I have heard nothing from Vodacom, other than a message on the same day that a representative will contact me in "due course". I eventually walked into the Vodacom World (Midrand) customer care who were able to help me to some extent, thinking the issue was resolved I left a happy customer. However, I have since realised the issue is not resolved as I still continue to receive messages on my phone that there is "No Service" (voice and data). This happens in areas that I have NEVER had issues with on previous 3G phones (I am now using a Samsung S3 LTE device) and wonder if its the Vodacom network or the device? I can sometimes simply walk indoors, or into a shopping mall and lose signal completely. This is now beyond frustrating, I cannot continue with unreliable communications like this! Please make an effort to contact me with an action plan to resolve.

I have also logged the issue through your call center through which no feedback has been received for nearly 9 days.
