My son has had a good acc at Nashua Mobile for yrs, he passed away on the 9th September 2012 and even though his attorney has notified Nashua his billing has continued. He has taken out a small family top-up for me on this account and now Nashua demands that for me to retain my number as a pay-as-you-go I have to pay the balance of this contract. Firstly their Head office as well as their Legal department are unhelpful and I do not see that I as his Mother should be responsible for an account which should be closed and written off as my son is deceased. I feel this company has absolutely NO compassion/empathy what so ever it is not easy for me as it is only 6 months since my son has been gone and I am still in mourning and miss him terribly this arguing back and forth is extremely upsetting! I have now bought another number but feel that as all I want is my number to be released at absolutely no cost to them.
