In Nov i decided to switch banks from std to fnb, got a sms that debit order would go off on the 31-01 from fnb acc, cellc then debited my std bank acc&my pmt was rejected, then cellc disconnected my line without notice, i then repaid the pmt with the bank details i was smsed, i then faxed the proof to 084329 to find out i must wait 24 hrs then to 0841676417&told to wait 2 hours then they couldnt find it&told to sms again wait another 2 hrs, then phoned back&consultant found my pmt&reconnected my acc, then cell c double debited my acc at end of Jan. I then reversed the pmt&then my acc was suspended on from 22-02, i phone cellc&they tell me i have outstanding pmts then email my pmt from 07-01&have to wait 24 hrs&place a email for a mangaer to call me&still waiting. Then Mon phone again as i still have no service to say that the have a problem with the proofs that i sent&wait another 2 hrs, phone back at 6pm 3 hours later&they cant find my pmt. So eventually they find my pmt but refuse to reopen my lines as the acc name is wrong when i used details they gave me. So the pmt is off my acc&no one seems to want to help me.
