I AM RUNNING MY OWN BUSINESS FROM HOME, I SPENT AT LEAST R1800 A MONTH ON TELKOM, YET THE SERVICE IS REALLY BAD, EVERY MONTH THERE SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM, I CANNOT CANCEL AS I AM SUBJECTED TO A 24 MNTH CONTRACT, I LOOSE LOTS OF MONIES A DAY WAITING FOR A TECHNICIAN, I WAS UPGRADED TO 4 MEGG LINE AND THEN I RECEIVED A 2 MEGG LINE SPEED, NOW MY LINE IS AGIN COMPLETELY OFF AGAIN AND LOSING MORE CASH, THEY STOPPED THE FAULT CALL CENTRE OVER WEEKEND, NOW I HAVE TO ONCE AGAIN WAIT FOR A TECHNICIAN TO COME ON WED TO SORT OUT AND I LOOSE A WHOLE DAYS WORK AGAIN
