CPA Cancellation Fiasco

I took out a contract on the 17th, fetched the phone on 18th and returned in on the 19th as calls dropped, no data signal and incoming calls routed to voicemail. After reading numerous reports online that cell c's network is appaling I decided to spare myself the trouble and effect my right to do a CPA cancellation. Sadly... things have gone from bad to worse. The shop cannot find the paperwork and the phone which I returned. No feedback as to why its not getting cancelled. My debit order is scheduled to run on the 30th. If that debit order runs I've been advised to lodge a criminal case with the SAPS for. Store staff at CapeGate do not seem to realise that since I ported my number which is now not working, nobody can contact me.

CellC do not honour the CPA and their staff are trained to ignore it's existance unless one becomes insistant. You have only a few days to cancel before my debit order runs, I suggest you get it done or face criminal charges in contravention of the CPA and because you have the phone for which you are going to deduct money.
