I took out a contract on the 17th, fetched the phone on 18th and returned in on the 19th as calls dropped, no data signal and incoming calls routed to voicemail. CellC do not honour the CPA and their staff are trained to ignore it's existance unless one becomes insistant. You have only a few days to cancel before my debit order runs, I suggest you get it done or face criminal charges in contravention of the CPA and because you have the phone for which you are going to deduct money.
