I applied for a land line to be installed at my home and the appointment was set for 06/02/2013 - a whole day appointment. I spent the whole day away from work to be available for the technician who did not show up! When I queried it with Telkom this morning - they say the technician tried to call me three times throughout the day! What a load of nonsense! No contact was made and my phone was on all day! The technician was probably running his personal errends or on the beach!
No I have to wait another 4 days before the line in stalled, if the technician shows up then!
Where is the service?? where is the competition???
