I have a contract with cellc and last month i didn't pay my contract and my phone wass locked for whole month so they send an sms telling me that i was owing 546 and they deducted 240 last 20 october and they send me another sms telling that i owing 266 and they deducted it again on 20 of November and called to check what was my balance and the y said its 00 and i asked them to unlock my phone and they send me a sms againg saying Thank u for your bill payment all cellular service have now been restored one day after a receive sms saying i'm owing cellc R703 and i called to find out and they said yes they deducted the money from my bank but it come back i don't my u please help fo find because the is no money in my acc
