I have had numerous problems with Cell C (24 month internet contract). Friday night was the last straw. Did a Balance check and it showed almost 400mb available, amount owing R0. Then after being on internet for a while I check the balance again. Still almost 400mb left but amount owning is now suddenly R52.
A contract that was suppose to just cost me R119 per month cost me much more. This incident is not the first costly one.
Saturday went to Cell C in the Mall, was helped and promised someone will phone me. Still no one phoned. Monday emailed Cell C on website. Suppose to get a response within 48 hours. Still nothing. I had enough.
