BAD SERVICE!!!

I decided to get my daughter the Samsung s2 as a second contract on my original one. The contract was confirmed and we were told that the phone would be ordered for us and would be ready for collection after 5 days. After 5 days no contact was made so I took it upon myself to call. One of the women there told us that the phone could be collected in 3 days. Three days passed and still we didnt hear anything so i phoned again. They told me that the phone was out of stock in the entire country as they were promoting the s3 however the s2 was still in the latest brochure and on display in the shop. I phoned around to all the MTN branches in the surrounding areas and not one of the stores bothered to answer their phones. After frustration I called the head office. They assured me that they would source the phone and they will get back to me. Its been a month and they still have gotten back to me. After being messed around, my daughter decided to not get a MTN contract so I offered the second contract to my husband. I phoned to get the phone that he wanted only to be told that i had to re apply for the already approved contract. I have been messed around by MTN and this is unacceptable!!!
