Not keeping to the offered Product

I upgraded to a special advertised by Vodacom - I phoned in and order the upgrade/phone with wireless charger as advertised. When I received my phone - no wireless charger was there. I had to phone 8 times. Everytime with a different excuse - "only while stock last" only 1st 1000 customrs" but nothing like this was with the advertisement and Portia agreed that it comes with the phone. I had to drive to Canal Walk and the person assisting spoke to a team leader who wouldve sorted it out and have put all detail on my file..I have heard nothing - what else must I do to get stuff that is due to me - Typical SA's service...
