This is a 2nd complain after another complain was not answered correclty and now I am being ignored. If MTN have professional and educated ppple then answer me. You debted me R2144 this month for data that I have never used. As per your statement I have used data amounting to R1738 for the month of December. I never used that kind of data and secondly i was out of the country and did not use my 3G modem. Honestly from R150 to R1730??? Will I be out of my mind,
My last complain i was told that this was high amnt billed was due to unpaid debt order. Fact is u debited me R1500 in Dec to cover for the unpaid debt order. So I need the folowing from MTN :
1) My statment from Oct 2012 to Jan 2013
2) Itemised statment from Oct to Jan 2013 with all data i used and what i used it for, webstes visted, downloads, etc
3) Statement showing my payment profile from Oct 2012 to Jan 2013.All the debt orders that MTN have debited me.
Pliz action this as soon as possible coz I need my money back. It took you seconds to take my money and now its takng you 10 days to investigate. I have every legal right to launch this complain with responsible board.
