Could not answer question 5!

I phoned on the 18 Feb to enquire when my contract would be terminated. I had already been to the Gateway Cell C outlet and filled the required form in and it was faxed to Cell C by the outlet on the 04 Jan 13.
I was asked to answer some questions for security reasons when I phoned the call centre. I could answer only the 1st 4 questions BUT NOT the 5th which was the address that was filled in on the application form for the contract to be on my name. I only had ONE question which was "when will the contract be terminated" agent could not tell me as I could not answer question 5 Pathetic!
Agent 1 = Mamotshadi, Agent 2 = Nolwazi, Agent 3 (supervisor Wayne) still no help. I could not remember my address at the time of getting the apllication so I got no help. You have my full details for both my contracts as Cell C deducts the payment every month on the 27th of every month which is a question I could have been asked. Cell C posts my acc to my physical address every month, I am contenplating to cancell my 2nd contract when it expires due to the poor and bad service I recieved. If my phone was how many question would I have 2 anwser to get it blocked?
