This company is Pathetic with it''s service

This company needs to understand the term of customer satisfaction. Again we have the same issue as the last time were the service received by Web Africa is nothing but pathetic, we have had numerous issues with this company with regards to the internet connection on our line which we pay them to look after. After the last complaint we received an answer from a Mr Justin Wilson who proceeded to tell us what we had been told a hundred times, Please Sir get the facts of the problem and sort that out before contacting customers and telling them something that we have already been told, it certainly makes you look pretty stupid. Since the last complaint on "Hellopeter" We have sent through emails with ticket numbers 1529334 and 1533032 and Mr John=Paul Van Diemel came back to us asking for the same tests to be done as we have done numerous time ob SAIX. It shows that there is no will to want to have satisfied customers with a world class internet service, intead you will sit in your office and tell all the customers that are paying you for the service that it is not your fault but the fault of TELKOM. QUITE PATHETIC.
