Telkom customer for more than 10 years. Reported internet connection problems, a repair was done but still i struggle to use my internet due to a cable fault that was not repaired although the call was closed. Internet services was changed without my consent and getting it all sorted has proven to be more difficult than getting a private loan. No wonder telkom is loosing customers. Pathetic i'm telling you...
