I had not thought that such bad service could be possible. Doesn't this kind of thing only happen in b-rated movies? After having already written to Hello Peter about my complaint, and after receiving a generic response from CellC on the 19th March, I'm still waiting for Tshepo (whoever he is) to contact me. I have yet to receive any further communication and the problem still persists.
Its unclear as to whether CellC is either incompetent, lazy, or has a general disregard for customer relations, but whatever the case, service of this nature is unheard of in a modern day South Africa (with the exception of governmental services)
