Struggling to cancell a contract since 21 Nov 2012

I've ubgraded my two contracts with Cell C through an agent who called me from Cell C direct. The guy promised me that it was the LATEST BB Curve available. Once delivered on the farm, one of the phones wasn't working, and on questioning the call centre wether this was the only BB Curve which he mentioned - 9320 - the lady informed me that there is a 9360 also available which he never mentioned to me. I asked if I could send both phones back, and on their permission and the promise to reverse both contracts, the two phones have been collected on the farm by the same Courier on 21 Jan 2012. Since then, hundreds of phone calls to the call centre with one reference nr upon another, going into the store at Walmer Park in Port Elizabeth to try to sort things out, my son is still without a phone. I went into the store again on Wednesday the the 20th of Feb 2013, wrote a letter on their request for the cancellation of the contract so that my son could take out a new contract on his name,
when he got there this morning, they still informed him that the contract wasn't cancelled and he still can't upgrade! I beg you, after three months of phoning and the effort to go to PE from our farm
