The problem is still not resolved, i did a speed test on the line eventually when i got my DSL line sort of working to find that my line speed is running on 0.87Mbps, after been paying Telkom for a 4Mb line since August. This is pathetic! I doubt Telkom will refund the money i have been paying for the 4Mb line if i'm not even getting 1Mb.
The only good thing about my previous report is i got feedback, not that it helped in anyway!
This is pathetic! New fault number is 1269CRK180213, Escalation number is 496187. I need this line to be fixed as soon as possible as my first complaint was on the 23rd January. ALMOST 4 WEEKS
If someone in management who is less useless than who i have been dealing with can contact me please!
If there was another fixed telephone line company i could move to, i would have long time ago, the service is pathetic because there is no one else to go to.
Please give this complaint your urgent attention.
