I got a data contract from Cell C on 20 Jan. From the first day thereafter I was complaing to them that there seems to be no coverage in my area or in my house. No help or feedback has been received. On 2 Feb I submitted a letter to cancel the contract. I have still not received any response even after I called to enquire again on the 18th. I was told to wait up to 72 hours which has gone past. Nothing. Not even the reference number - was told I would receive.
