Please cancel the BS contract that I recently took through FNB. I called them, and according to them if the sale has gone through it must be cancelled through Cell C. I tried calling, holding on for HOURS! Then I sent several emails. When I took out this contract I was never advised that its even a CONTRACT, I was told its just a pre-paid data bundle, and when the data expires I'll pay per MB, which I was fine with. Now I find out its a actual contact where I can make calls ect. That is NOT what was ever explained to me. I am very happy with my pre-paid that I currently have, I have NO INTEREST in a contract. Also, I'm told now by Cell C that on their system it shows that the data is 2GIG, which is also BS, coz we only received 1GIG. And top it all off, after I specifically asked for my number to be ported, I now told by Cell C that its going to cost me R250.
I am utterly disgusted by the service I received or DID NOT receive for that matter.
