I moved isps to cybersmart because of their incredibly good feb special where you pay for one month and you get 2 months free. this offer is too good to be true. I purchased an uncapped home account, the same as what i had with a previous isp. the internet speeds are shockingly slow - and especially the non south african websites. I can hardly download a you tube video - the mtn edge network downloads it faster. and try uploading pictures to the net and it takes forever. ive called them and sent e mails with very poor response times, and no support at all. overall a very bad experience from this isp. Days after i complain i get this feeble response

We are aware of the slow speed on home uncapped and we are currently busy
trying to resolve the issue, and there is no Etr at the moment, but it should
be anytime now.
