I recently switched to Cybersmart on an uncapped account with a 1mb line speed.
I notice that the speed is extremely slow!
When I called in yesterday, I was told that the line is shared and that I canot expect higher speeds!

My question is: Why should they advertise it as a 1mb line when clearly that is not even their intention (i.e, to give us that speed or anything close!!!)
