Have been with cybersmart a few months now, like i have seen on helo peter the issue i am having is the same as another client.
For 3 Months my speed etc was perfect then everything just went downhill. I have a 1 mb uncapped account and i am being throttled. This is nonsense how can i continue my work with bad speeds etc. I am very unhappy with what is happening because when i signed up they told me uncapped unthrottled. I am going to post my bad service on as much sites as possible due to me being a webmaster. Cybersmart is going to lose a lot of client's due to the bad service. You will be losing me as a client and i will make sure family and friend unsubscribes from cybersmart. Much better ISP's in SA. Cybersmart resolve this ASAP. or i am done. I am so fed up with this.
