Veni answered all my questions (numerous stupid questions) with such patience, kindness, interest and enthusiasm. Employees like her should be boosted so that others may see how you should be working with clients. People may be complaining about the hardware part of Telkom at times, but their client service is definitely not to be misjudged. Telkom, you are standing out beyond the rest. Good job and thank you!
