I received notice of a possible upgrade in December and decided to take the offer on an iPhone 5. Problem is, Autopage sent me the incorrect sim card as they apparently had no stock of MTN nano-sims. Now almost 3 months later, I have still not received a new simcard, rendering the phone pretty much useless.
Turns out I inserted an 8ta sim which gives blistering downloads... but I now basically have 2 contract expenses due to Autopage's inability to deliver as per the contract.
I have phoned multiple times and every time get the same story. "O yes we see that", "We have ESCALATED the request", "Someone will contact you within 2-24hrs" etc etc etc
