Port Request Denied Despite Paying R4200

After 15 years of bad service, I finally reached my limit and paid over R4200 in early December to cancel my Autopage account in order to port to Vodacom Direct.

Vodacom has sent several port requests which keep being denied by Autopage for whatever reason! Eventually I managed to get someone in the Vodacom port dept to speak to someone in the Autopage port department and the port was accepted.

My application with Vodacom Direct was then processed and I went on a waiting list for an iPhone 5.

On Wednesday I received my phone from Vodacom and have since been trying to get the port finalized and sim swap to the new nano sim but Autopage keep refusing the port!

Autopage now claims it hasn't received the port request and Vodacom claim they have sent and can't resend from their system because there is checking to prevent duplicate submissions.

I as the client sit in limbo unable to be rid of the singularly most useless Service Provider I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with!

One would think when you pay over R4000 to get away from them, that you would be able to actually get away from them! Apparently not!

And of course they Customer Service Dept is spectacular useless!
