Account paid but still being cut off???

I did an upgrade on the 25th May. Since then my invoice has been continuously incorrect. For a R99/m data contract I was charged over R3700!! Between Jeremiah and Pretty at Vodaworld they keep on passing credits, and even put through debit orders for the "correct amount", just for me to be cut off 2 days later. This is affecting my business for which I rely on my phone as well as from a safety aspect. My son was in Durban and had to travel back without a phone connection as he had no way to contact Autopage or myself. There has been about 20 e-mails backwards and forwards and I am now at the end. As much as I have a contract with Autopage, Autopage has a contract with me to supply me a service. If this does NOT get fixed immediately and if I get switched off one more time, I will start a new contract elsewhere, Autopage can come fetch their phone!! I AM DONE with this problem
