13/03/2012 I took a contract with Auto page cellular. The last and only statement I received was on April 2012. Tried to contact them regarding the statements, They have promised to send the statements, but have not yet received them. December 2012 I received a call from Auto page informing me about a new package, they stated that I will receive vouchers but I did not get those, either. I went to festival, where one of the consultant called the head-office in my presents the once again promised that they will send me the statements, there was no statement sent to me. End of January I left the exact amount of money that should have been debited. They attempted to obtain more than what was expected, the bank declined. On the 5th of February I called Auto page asked them about the incident, . I was told that there was insufficient funds in my account. when I ask why is that tell me they required plus minus R230 more than i usually pay. according to them they are charges for phone applications that iI have never agreed to nor received. I raised my complaines to the consultant and request to speak to his/her supervisor. The supevisor could not assist me .my issue was not adressed.
