My phone was booked in for repairs on the 24th of January at the clearwatermall store. i was told that the "repair" process takes 4 - 6 weeks which i think is just ridiculous. i have booked my phone in previously and it took 2 weeks... i am now on my 4th week and still waiting. This process is only with cell c. my husband booked his phone in with vodacom and he received the phone in 8 days.
AND THEN they messed up the new line & upgrade i applied for but THAT is for another day...
