I went to Nashua mobile and was given a Wi-Fi dongle. The lady assured me this dongle was the same as my previous speed stick. It was not and as I have no wi-fi in my area it obviously did not work!! I then sent it back and requested a new one (non-wi-fi). I am in Grahamstown and the Head office in Jo'burg assured me that they would over night me a new one. IT HAS BEEN OVER THREE WEEKS NOW!! I have received no communication from them, no apology NOTHING. Yesterday I get a phone call that my dongle is finally waiting for me in PORT ELIZABETH! how stupid can you get. I phoned PE and they told me that they will get back to me immediately a full day later and still no word. I work online and have not been able to work for 3 WEEKS. I am considering taking this matter further. I would like to commend the Grahamstown staff on being very helpful through this but they unfortunatley have their hands tied by the who run HQ. I demand an explanation but mostly I just want my ing DONGLE!
