On Monday 18 February a call centre agent from Elite Mobile contacted me and offered me various services which I told her to send me a quote but seconds after the call I received a email confirming an outstanding amount of R305 for services which I stated clearly I only need a quote on and these services must NOT be activated. I have been in contact with Elite Mobile and their service providers twice to confirm cancellation of these services I even got confirmation sms's as proof that these services have been cancelled which include services such as Society, PhoneBox, EliteMail, Milc, RescueBox and SafetyBox. But tonight 21 February 2 debit orders went off my account: PhoneBox R19 and SoMusic R49 and surely this is not legal after I confirmed cancellation twice and still being billed for a service I asked them to NOT activate. This is not acceptable.
