I have recently realized that Elite mobile has been debiting my Bank Account for the money for services that I am not aware of. I requested that I receive the recordings of the inception of the services that they are billing me for and they (Elite Mobile) have indicated that they cannot send me the recordings but listen on my behalf, clearly that means they might come and tell me that I have agreed to all that they are debiting me for.
if you can, may you kindly assist me to get the recordings or alternatively if I can get my refunds for the debiting that have materialized from the first day.
