For the past two months I have been billed for Rescuebox, Email and Phonebox with reference EM3461984. It has taken two months to trace that these debit orders originate from Elite Mobile. On contacting "someone" there are too many "someones" to contact I am told that a call was held with a different customer and this service is being debited off my bank account. You are happy to cancel the service but I MUST JUMP THROUGH THE HOOPS... follow the process... to get my money refunded which you ILLEGALLY debited off MY BANK ACCOUNT in the first place!
Not sure why I must be inconvenienced by the incompetence of your staff and your illegal activities. I do expect to be refunded immediately.
Alternatively I am happy to log this with the Consumer Complaints Commission.
I cannot provide you with an account number to investigate because... I don't have an account with you!!!
Contrary to the terms and conditions I cannot confirm that I am a bona fide customer of Elite Mobile. I am NOT. They are just taking money out of my bank account!!!
