I have just discovered that I have been paying for an elite mobile account since 2011.How I discovered. I moved my account from FNB to another bank. In 3 mths my account was overdrawn to R3, 000.00 because of penalties due to insufficient funds when Elite tried to debt my old account. When I called FNB the gave me Standard bank as the person costing me money due to these debt orders. Standard bank said I must call Elite mobile who also referred me to One Box and I was sent from pillar to post until I gave up.
I went back to FNB and stopped the debt orders. Now today 20th November 2013, I started to receive sms's saying my Elite mobile account has been suspended due to non-payment.
I don't know what services Elite mobile was rendering to me for the past 2 years. They say its an email account but my e-mail account is a free e-mail with yahoo which I have had for the past 5 yrs.
