I have recently discovered that money was being deducted from me since 2011 by elite mobile for services that i did not sign up for or let alone receive. two debits were made monthly from my account since then until last month. i have contacted the elite customer care and spoke to a guy named denvel or denzel, who promised to look into the matter and call me within two working days. its now three days and i have not received a call from the company. i am disgusted by the way this company is conducting itself and i will take this further until i am refunded.
